Its location was unbeatable, very close to good local supermarkets. The hotel was clean with very good staff.

The stay here was such great, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location just off access to metro station by shuttle, shops and train and La Defense Business Tower / centre.

Marvellous and decent location in nice area, close enough to metro line 1, excellent sushi restaurant, and downtown. For tea or coffee visit Le Garden Cafe nearby.

The hotel's room service is quick and efficient, making it convenient for guests. Plus, the famous attraction, la grande arche, is just a short 15-minute walk away.

We had a great time staying here as it was so convenient to visit Parc Diderot and the nearby saint-gobain headquarters.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bed and shower were top-notch, providing the ultimate comfort and relaxation. The room itself was spacious...

I stayed in room 201. It`s very small and you cannoit open the window because of the noise of the road passing direct the hotel, the pollution and smell from the road and the gas station on which the window was dirctly facing.Soory to say, this hotel I'll book never again.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Courbevoie. The property was well-maintained, with comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was perfect for...  

The hotel staff was kind and amiable at all times, despite the fact that we are Latinamericans that can only speak English and Spanish. The shuttle to and from Arc La Defense Station was very helphul, although if you decided to walk, it was nice and safe. La Defense is a pleasent area.Also, just next to the hotel is a small sort of "mall" with places to eat and a supermarket, very convenient. The buffet in the hotel is expensive(17 euros) but it's delicious...so it's up to you.

To be honest, everything about the stay (location, staff, and services) was extremely good. I only observed that prices for the night change daily...perhaps it was because of the high peak season that New Year's Eve is. Just be sure to check if you want to extend your visit.

According to the fact, it is three stars hotel, it's over standard very much. A lot of small and not small pleasent things, that three stars hotel don't have (here I mean room equipment and hotel services). The next time, we shall return back to Mercure. Very good price/quality ratio.
